Athena's Party
Fun at Athena's party, one of Alecia's favorite friends. The girls had a blast being girlish and running amock.
Red Rocks Hike II
Red Rocks is quickly becoming one of our favorite hiking spots. We had a blast having a picnic, climbing rocks, and getting scraped up. Alecia boldly showed me her scrape by saying 'Check THIS out!'
Wildlife Sanctuary
We visited the Wildlife Animal Sanctuary with CCHFS group, ( http://www.wildlife-sanctuary.org/ ) it was a learning experience for adults as well, learning what tortures 'pet' big cats go through, and seeing all of the wonderful things that they do for them at the sanctuary. They get to roam freely at the sanctuary on large pieces of land fenced off for them. When we got there they were having lunch, so we got to see them all eating, then playing around. This sanctuary was featured on Animal Planet's 'Growing up Baby Big Cat' show, they really do make incredible sacrifices for the sake of these creatures.
Bass Pro Shop Tour
We had fun doing a tour of the Bass Pro Shop tour with our homeschool group. We did actually learn a lot, they taught us a lot about the different fish in their large tanks, about the workings behind a large store, the intricacies of fly fishing and making the flies in their fly workshop, and behind the scenes at a top notch restaurant.

Sushi Class 1
We had Sushi Class at the Elofson's as part of our CCHFS co-op. The girls had fun making sushi, I had fun eating the sushi!
There was much fun to be had running amock afterwards while the grown-ups sipped green tea and enjoyed adult conversation. It was really a pleasant time.
Confetti Eggs
Zana chased Andreas around for about 10 minutes, but every time she tried to whack him, the egg would just not break, so she never did get him!

Easter at the Montano's. We had fun pelting eachother with confetti eggs. That is David and Alecia and some of the Montano family members up in the clubhouse. Geneva was an excellent host as usual. We had a lot of fun.
